PolyBot — Event-Outcome Alpha Engine

A multi-signal alpha-capture strategy for binary event-outcome markets. Tracks 9 hand-curated signal sources, validates each through out-of-sample bootstrap CI on 2,878 resolved positions, and routes execution through the CLOB with VWAP-aware sizing and a slippage-triggered kill switch. The edge lives in following exit signals (+29.0% ROI on the leader-exit subset vs. −4.8% held-to-resolution). Automated settlement reconciliation across CTF Exchange and NegRiskAdapter contracts.

Build notes: how the edge was found

Roughly 30 strategy configurations failed in paper trading across two earlier phases (single-whale copying, then single-wallet candidates) before this one worked. Bootstrap confidence intervals on 2,878 resolved positions showed the entire edge lives in one behavior: following leader exits earned +29.0% ROI while held-to-resolution positions lost 4.8%. The final system only copies what the CI analysis says is signal. Three infrastructure bugs (a sell-path dedup error, a missing token approval, a contract ABI mismatch) were found and fixed against live capital, taking the wallet from $156 to $270 in 24 hours.

A two-gate quant signal scanner built for 0–2 DTE SPX options strategies. Gate 1 screens cheap implied vol via VIX percentile and VIX9D/VIX term structure; Gate 2 reads compression loading through Bollinger squeeze tightness, realized-vol acceleration, and volume regime. Score weights sum to 100, calibrated against a 59-day backtest with bootstrap CI and Monte Carlo. Kelly-sized strangle plays with auto-generated entry/exit logic when signals cross threshold.

CovertThreat — AI Stack & Brand System

Three-part engagement for a security-industry client. Audited their AI tooling, flagged a Chinese-owned model vendor as a supply-chain exposure, and migrated the principal engineer's entire workflow to an all-US AI stack from vendors with strong security records. Designed their two-campaign advertising system (Standard and Mythos: campaign spine, digital surfaces, editorial) and shipped the production Next.js site. The client has since fielded inbound interest from banks.

Build notes: the audit that changed the scope

The engagement started as a site rebuild. Reviewing the client's tooling, I found their AI workflow running through DeepSeek, whose Chinese ownership is a data-exposure problem for a company selling security services to US customers. I rebuilt the workflow on US-based vendors with clean security track records, wrote the migration path, and trained the principal on the new stack. The site and the two-campaign ad system shipped on top of that foundation. Banks approached the client after the rebrand went live.

Why I can build the hard stuff

I'm a full-stack builder who ships real products: web apps, booking systems, internal tools, AI integrations. I also happen to be a practicing therapist (RMHCI, Florida) and neuroscience researcher, which is why I can build the regulated, data-sensitive software most developers won't touch.

A restaurant booking flow gets the same treatment as a clinical platform: careful data handling and software that holds up once real people are on it.
